Clean No-Bake Cookies

Today I found myself with an intense craving for something chocolatey. I tore through the cabinets and fridge but could not find anything.
Then I noticed a thing of oats and got the idea to make a cleaner version of no-bakes! They turned out even better than I thought they would!

I didn’t do exact measurements for everything but I will give you the best estimates of what I used.

~ 2 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa

~ 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate PB2

~ 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

~ 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

~ 2 1/2 tablespoons of Truvia

~ 3/4 tablespoon of vanilla extract

~ 3 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

~ 1-2 cups of oats

You start by mixing the almond milk, oil, cocoa, PB2, and Truvia in a pan on the stove and bring it to a boil, let it boil for about a minute and then turn the heat down to a simmer. You then stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and the oats. After its all mixed up good you spoon out drops onto a cookie sheet and let them cool. Now regular no-bakes usually set up when cool, but unfortunately these stayed pretty mushy. It didn’t change how yummy they were though!
